What exactly will your business look like on the other side of this crisis?

Will you temperature check all guests on arrival?
Are your Spa Therapists wearing face masks at all times…not just during facial treatments?
Do your guests wash their hands on arrival?
Do you have procedures in place to allow for social distancing of guests when they are in public spaces?
All these questions and more should be being asked right now and SOPs amended or created to reflect the new procedures.
